SCHEDULING

Appointment scheduling can be requested via online submission. We will do our best to determine the best time of day in regards to weather, however, ensuring favorable conditions at the scheduled time is ultimately the responsibility of the Client. Current Creative, LLC reserves the right to change, modify, or move your appointment based on logistics to serve our large network of clients best. We will give you proper notice through a phone call, text, or email to reach out to you if this happens.

TRAVEL AND PARKING CHARGES

Our intentions are to not have to charge for mileage as we do not believe in nickel and diming our clients, though once an appointment reaches 100 miles of round trip travel, we will start to charge at a rate of $1.00 per mile in addition to the appointment total. Travel is calculated from where our photographers are coming from, whether that be their place of living or the Current Creative studio located in St. Petersburg, Florida. We do our best to schedule our Creative Specialists most efficiently so that they are driving as little as possible and you are not incurring travel fees. If we must pay for parking, our employees will always seek out the most inexpensive option. We will bill clients directly for any parking charges that are associated with the project.

INVESTMENTS

All investments must be paid in full to confirm on the calendar. In the event that a shoot needs to be canceled altogether, the credit will remain for one year.

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION

We aim to be very flexible in rescheduling due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances. There is a $100 cancellation fee for appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice. No-show appointments are also subject to a $100 cancellation fee. "No-show” is considered 30 minutes after the scheduled booking time.

FILMING/PHOTOGRAPHY

Current Creative, LLC has full creative liberty of choosing the best compositions, which rooms, and how many photos each room should get unless otherwise requested in advance. If you need additional photos including an angle change, we will bill accordingly for a second visit to the property.

LIABILITY

Drone operators are licensed by the FAA. Current Creative, LLC employees may use their discretion if a job is deemed unsafe due to weather conditions, proximity to airports, or other circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse video/photo service for any reason.

PROPERTY READINESS

Please ensure the property is 'shoot-ready' upon the arrival of our Creative Specialists. You will have received the “pre-shoot checklist” with a confirmation of your appointment. This means you communicate with your property owners and arrive 20-30 minutes before your scheduled appointment to turn on lights, declutter, remove cars from the driveway, etc. For a busy real estate production crew, there is nothing worse than trying to film/photograph a property that is not ready. Current Creative, LLC is not responsible for moving, changing, or altering objects. Our creative specialists will make minor adjustments based on their discretion However, we are not furniture mowers, home stagers, or house cleaners, and homes are expected to be shoot-ready upon our arrival. Current Creative employees are not responsible for cleaning and the property will be shot *AS-IS*. Current Creative, LLC is not responsible for locking doors, windows, or other access points, turning off lights, or fireplaces before our departure and liability.

RETURN CHARGES

Should a reshoot be required due to, but not limited to, the property not being ready, changes to the decor, or additional photos/videos beyond the scope of the original work, a fee of $150 will be applied. Current Creative, LLC reserves the right to charge this fee at its discretion.

ASSET DELIVERY

We strive to deliver photography within 48 hours of the appointment time, real estate video production within 7 days, and signature media within 14 days. All deliverables from Current Creative will be delivered in the form of a Spiro or Dropbox link.

REFUNDS

No Refunds. All sales are final, and Current Creative, LLC does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. Any canceled appointments that are paid are eligible to receive a credit on your Current Creative account. This includes retainers.

PHOTOGRAPHY REVISIONS

An editing fee is included in our pricing, this is considered standard retouching. Any Photoshop editing will be charged $10 per photo.

ASSET RIGHTS AND LICENSE

All photos and videos and rights relating to them, including copyrights and ownership rights, remain the sole and exclusive property of Current Creative, LLC. This license provides you, the Client, with the limited right to publicly display and distribute the photos and videos only for promotional advertising purposes directly related to the sale of the property. All photos and videos taken are a single-use license, meaning they are not to be duplicated, edited, transformed, changed, or manipulated. These photos and videos are not to be sold to any 3rd party without consent from Current Creative, LLC.

MEDIA ASSET USAGE

Current Creative, LLC reserves the unequivocal right to utilize any and all media assets, including but not limited to photographs, videos, reels, and any other forms of media content created during the provision of services, for its own business advancement and marketing purposes. This includes the dissemination of such media assets across various Current Creative promotional platforms, marketing materials, social media channels, portfolios, and other distribution methods deemed suitable by Current Creative, LLC.

The Client acknowledges that by availing the services of Current Creative, LLC, they grant permission for such use, which serves to showcase the quality of work, exemplify service outcomes, and promote the breadth of Current Creative’s offerings. This right extends to include the use of media assets in connection with the advertising, marketing, and promotion of Current Creative, LLC as a premier provider of real estate media services.

NO COMPENSATION FOR PROMOTIONAL USE

The Client agrees that they are not entitled to any compensation, royalties, or any form of payment in relation to the use of the media assets for Current Creative, LLC's business advancement and marketing purposes.

CLIENT CONSENT

By engaging the services of Current Creative, LLC, the Client provides consent for Current Creative, LLC to capture and utilize the media assets as outlined herein without any further approvals required. This consent is perpetual, irrevocable, and valid for the full extent of the law or until such time as Current Creative, LLC ceases to use the media assets for its business purposes.

VIDEO REVISIONS

At Current Creative, we have a standard of creating an excellent video the first time. We put a tremendous amount of work into shooting and editing our videos to make this happen. For this reason, we don’t offer revisions. It is our vision to work with clients who trust us to do an excellent job the first time, which is our promise.

AGREEMENT

Upon payment of invoice, this will constitute an Agreement between Current Creative and you (client), and you will adhere to all policies on this document. Current Creative, LLC can not be held responsible for any personal or property damages or injuries occurring onsite due to filming or the nature of our job.
